For Apple’s iPhone 14 launch, I led high-level timing + workflow across all functional teams as the sole Brand Project Manager. This included creative concepting (and the management and oversight of 10+ creative teams), and partnering with CDs and the wider team on resourcing, creative process, team management, and executive reviews. Deliverables included absolutely everything: event deliverables, product films, advertising, OOH, channel, retail & more.
